4th grading (reflection)

I've learned so many things that I can surely apply it to my daily life. We learned about Photoshop.The process of learning photoshop and working with digital photographs was a good learning experience.  It was not too difficult, but it challenged me enough to the extent that I had to work hard in order to get somewhat comfortable with the program and its practical uses.  The most challenging aspect of learning about Photoshop was getting used to navigating around the various toolbars in the software interface.

     In two months I've learned so many things that I can surely apply it to my daily life. We learned about things, about the internet,different engines, blogs and more      I know we all experience problem while we're studying, I experience not knowing to manage my time we'll,  I experience getting stressed. I also experienced getting lazy to do my tasks. I overcome it all because I have my friends around me, they are always there for me. And of course my family is the main reason why I keep in going on and I know that god will always guide me.      Moving on, I will try my best. I will try to focus more on my studies. I will always remember that there are so many people who are always gonna be there when I need them the most and that god doesn't give a struggle that we cannot overcome.

Resiliency of Filipinos during Disaster

     The Philippines is one of the most vulnerable countries in the world to disaster and climate change. For populations subsisting at the poverty line in particular, but also the nation as a whole, daily lives and wellbeing are routinely challenge. The Philippines government takes disaster risk seriously and has devoted and locally.      Typhoons and storms, which make up 58% of all disasters in the country, related flooding 25% and landslide 6% pose the greatest threats to the country. Storms surpass all other disaster in terms of number of facilities. People affected and economic damage.      The Philippines Government, INGOS and local NGOS are all making attempts to address climate change and disasters at various levels. However, many resources put aside for this purpose are re-directed to emergency response when disaster strike, such as typhoon Yolanda in November 2013, and the flash floods caused by typhoon sendong in Mindanao in December 2011.      The nutrition month theme in 2018 is “Ugaliing magtanim sapat na nutrition ay aanihin”. The nutrition month 2018 aims to improve the healthy food consumption of Filipinos, food security or food to be self- sufficient as possible with backyard gardening. Nutrition is one of the primary aspects in today’s lifestyle. We need motivation for everything in life to stay focused. Hippocrates said, our food should be our medicine and our medicine should be our food.      Eating healthy meals staying away from junk food can be difficult for most of us. We all know the importance of fruit and vegies in our body, so in order for us to have a healthy lifestyle, we should consider eating fruits and vegies and avoid eating junk foods. We all know that disease is everywhere that can be easily catch by our body. We should eat healthy foods and we should start planting more fruits and vegetables so we can have a self- sufficient people. We should eat healthy foods so we can avoid malnutrition.
